These are magnetic nail polishes and are by OPI the middle thing is the magnet and it makes star designs.

Here is the nail polish I bought when I was in Canada for my birthday. Well all of the nail polish but the China Glaze one I bought for my birthday and my husband bought me the China Glaze one to give to me on my birthday. My birthday was yesterday and I had a great time. I am so excited to use these nail polishes all the time. I will have swatches real soon I have swatched 4 so far and will put these up soon. :)
